On the morning, when you take the powder or the pills with your stomach sober instead of breakfast, you should gradually take a specially prepared herbal tea and warm water. After that you should not eat anything anymore. After a while, it probably rumples and tweaks a bit in the stomach and abdomen and in the form of a diarrhea, the intestine empties several times that day. Eventually, nausea may appear. At 10:30 and 12:30 you get rice soup. After that it can come again to the emptying of the intestine. Meanwhile, one is examined several times by a doctor. Virechana is considered a medical treatment for toxins caused by too much pitta. These accumulate doshatypically, especially in the liver and gallbladder. Virechana cleans almost completely the gastrointestinal tract, and is considered a very safe procedure with no side effects. Laxative herbs are administered.
Due to the properties mentioned, the Virechana purgativa herb also has the ability to activate the whole metabolism and the blood circulation. The active substances of this herbal mixture can penetrate the shrotas - micro and micro channels - and release them from degenerative aspects, so that they can be eliminated in the end. This is another head treatment involving the use of herbal oils or herbal paste. According to Ayurveda therapists this activates the brain functions via the scalp.
Pichu is an ayurvedic treatment popular with Ayurveda acharyas (doctor). Pichu is used as an effective method to treat the discomfort of the head, spine and disorders of the cranial nerves caused by Vata Disorder.
In this treatment, healing warm oil is applied to the scalp from the outside. Pichu can be used as the main treatment for the head and spine or as a simplified treatment and can be administered with similar Ayurvedic oil treatments.
Pichu is a treatment that is performed externally on a patient. In this treatment, a folded dry cotton cloth or woollen cloth is used to cover the affected area. The thickness of this folded cloth is usually that of a palm tree. Through the hole In the middle of the folded cloth, some warm oil is poured regularly.
The fabric or wool is soaked in warm medicated oil and applied to the area for treatment. Throughout the treatment process, the oil is periodically heated and poured lukewarm. The cotton wool or cloth in which the oil was soaked is applied to the left of the affected area for the entire treatment period.
The duration of this treatment may vary by patient depending on the type of physical condition and the illness of the patient for whom the treatment is being performed. It also depends on the nature of the other treatments that Pichu takes.
The term refers to KATI, a lower back treatment. The area to be treated is bounded with a paste. This paste consists of black gram (pea) or wheat powder. The heated oil is allowed to flow continuously into the area enclosed by the paste. The procedure is repeated several times during the treatment period as needed. The duration of treatment varies between 30 and 40 minutes, depending on the condition of the patient.
Range of application and effectiveness: For neuronal disorders, lumbago and sciatica, for muscle cramps and inflammation in the lower back, as well as for stiffness, tension in the back and spondylitis.
